Our fees are paid upon completion of the deal.

We charge a fixed rate between 3% and 4.5% on the gross sales value of the property according to its characteristics and the brokerage service contracting regime.

The steps of our process:

1st - Market study of the area where the property is located and evaluation of the property (No costs or commitment)

2nd - Collection of documentation and development of the strategy and presentation of the property

3rd - Presentation to our purchasing clients and the market

4th - Scheduling and monitoring visits

5th - Collection and negotiation of acquisition proposals

6th - Preparation, scheduling and monitoring of CPCV and public deed
